A free yoga camp is being conducted by the Bharatiya Yog Sansthan in the premises of The Indian Express office at C-5,Institutional Area,next to Shakti Bhawan,Sector 6,Panchkula on Sunday,July 31. The two-hour camp will introduce the participants to the benefits of yoga.
The camp,which is being organised by The Indian Express and Fenfuro,will commence at 5.30 am. Special emphasis will be laid on problems like diabetes and hypertension. A team of Bharatiya Yog Sansthan led by president of the Chandigarh State unit,Gopal Das,will conduct the camp.
After the camp the participants will be able to get their blood pressure and sugar level tested. A team of doctors will be available for conducting the checks. No prior registration is required for participating in the camp. My FM is the radio partner for the camp.
This is the second such camp organised by The Indian Express. The first camp,held last year,witnessed participation by over 500 residents of the tricity.
