Teen killed in accident

A 17-year-old motorcyclist was killed while a girl,who was riding pillion was severely injured in a road accident on Friday morning.

A 17-year-old motorcyclist was killed while a girl,who was riding pillion was severely injured in a road accident on Friday morning. The deceased has been identified as Rahul,a resident of Manimajra. The injured girl has been identified as Nitu,a resident of Sector 7,Panchkula. Both were reported to be students of class XI.

According to police,the incident took place on the Friday morning on the Nadda Sahib road. The two were returning on a bike towards Panchkula when their bike hit a truck and an auto rickshaw.

Both received severe injuries and were rushed to the hospital where Rahul was declared brought dead. Meanwhile,Nitu is presently admitted in PGI and her condition is reported to

be serious.
