Statements of 6 people recorded in kidnapping & murder case

Strengthening the case of the prosecution,six witnesses recorded their statements in the murder and kidnapping case of five-year-old boy Khushpreet Singh,which surfaced last December,in a local court today.

Strengthening the case of the prosecution,six witnesses recorded their statements in the murder and kidnapping case of five-year-old boy Khushpreet Singh,which surfaced last December,in a local court today.

In addition,CFSL report related to the case and a supplementary challan was also submitted in the court today. The complainants lawyer N K Nanda said that the CFSL report stated that the voice and handwriting samples of main accused,Sukhdev,matched with that of the kidnapper.

The case has been scheduled for further hearing on November 30. In December last year,Khushpreet was kidnapped from his house in Burail. Few days later his body was found from Mohali.
