The book will serve as a bridge between media and language, said Rajasthan Tourism Minister Bina Kak,as she and Punjab Education Minister Upenderjeet Kaur released the book on New paradigms in Audio Visual Mass Communication,written by eminent media expert Dr KK Rattu. The function organised by the Language Department,Punjab,had in attendence educationist Dr Kamla Rattu and director of Language Department Punjab,Balbir Kaur.
