Chandigarh: Mild tremors were felt in the tricity on Monday afternoon as a result of an earthquake of 5.7 magnitude with its epicentre in Afghanistans Hindukush region. People rushed out of their offices and homes at some places. No loss of life or property was reported.

Khushpreet murder: Five rounded up

CHANDIGARH: Police claim to have finally cracked the case of kidnapping and murder of five-year-old Khushpreet Singh. They have rounded up five people,including a woman from Uttar Pradesh,who are suspected to have played a major role in the kidnapping and murder of the boy last year.
