Reacting on the Lok Sabha polls results in Haryana, where the BJP’s seat share was reduced to five out of the total 10 seats in the state, Pradhan said, “The BJP is all set to return to power with a majority in Haryana.”
BJP’s election in-charge for Haryana and Union Minister Dharmender Pradhan on Saturday said the “party will contest the Vidhan Sabha election on all the 90 seats by itself” indicating that there won’t be any alliance.
Pradhan added, “The BJP will go solo and form a majority government on its own strength.”
In March 2024, the alliance between the BJP and the JJP ended following which the then Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar had resigned. BJP’s Nayab Singh Saini was sworn in as the Chief Minister after the BJP managed to get the majority mark with support of Independents.
Reacting on the Lok Sabha polls results in Haryana, where the BJP’s seat share was reduced to five out of the total 10 seats in the state, Pradhan said, “The BJP is all set to return to power with a majority in Haryana.”
“For any government in power, people have expectations and it becomes the government’s responsibility to live up to those expectations. We are very sure that people of this state will choose the BJP for the third time,” Pradhan said, adding, “These days, people want stability and development.”
Pradhan also said that there is a “pro-incumbency” wave in Haryana. Asked why the party changed the Chief Minister of Haryana, Pradhan said it is up to the party to decide which worker to be given responsibility.
