2 thefts,1 snatching take place in city

Two cases of theft and a case of snatching were reported in the city.

Two cases of theft and a case of snatching were reported in the city. A case of theft was reported at the residence of Neena Sharma,of house number 1906 at Sector 7 on Friday.

Rs 1,600 and two earrings were reportedly stolen from the house. A complaint has been lodged at the Sector 26 Police Station.

Another case of theft has been reported from Sector 56 at the residence of Rajesh Verma,house number 5703. Some household items have been stolen by the thieves.

In another case of snatching in the city,a case of mobile phone snatching was reported at the Sector 39 police station.

Reportedly a mobile phone was snatched from a girl at Sector 38 West. The snatcher,Inder,who works at a local bakery was later nabbed by the police.
