Two youth from Jalandhar were shot dead in Manila on Friday afternoon,while another was seriously injured. The trio was on a motorcycle when the incident took place.
Those killed are Jatinder Singh (35) of Sultanpur Lodhi and Ajit Singh (20) of Samrawan.
The injured,Milkinder of Bhandala village near Nakodar,is reportedly critical. Jatinders father Joginder Singh suspects some rivalry with a Lohian-based Punjabi youth as a reason behind the murders. He said Jatinder was to visit home in February. Ajit had gone to Manila six months ago.
