The Gujarat High Court Wednesday issued a notice to Bharuch Superintendent of  Police and state Home Secretary on a petition against the  management of a Sufi shrine of Syed Abdul Rahman Shah Chisti in the district.
The petitioner has said that the shrine management, for the past three years, has not been allowing entry to a set of disciples.  The next hearing is on November 23.
