Three persons died of swine flu in the state on Tuesday,taking the death toll to 81,said health officials. While Kaushal Varma (69) died in the citys Sterling Hospital,Ramlal Mavadia (76) and Rekha Rajesh (36) died in the civil hospitals at Jamnagar and Rajkot respectively.
