Lipika Mitra's lawyer challenged the bail application in HC

New Delhi, Dec 01 (ANI): Lipika Mitra's lawyer, Rahul Kumar, said they have challenged the bail application moved by her estranged husband Somnath Bharti in the high court on many grounds. He said that by considering all aspects of the matter, the court has issued a notice to Somnath Bharti. He added that the evidences provided by them had been completely overlooked in court.
