Jaishankar Explodes At G20: Slams Double Standards, Declares Zero Tolerance On Terrorism

External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, speaking at the second G20 Foreign Ministers’ meeting in New York, warned that terrorism remains a “persistent threat” to development and slammed global “double standards.” He stressed that the world must show neither tolerance nor accommodation for terrorism, adding that nations combating it “render a larger service to the international community.” Jaishankar linked conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza to rising costs and instability for the Global South, called for dialogue and diplomacy, and urged urgent multilateral reforms.
