Yu Yutopia, the new flagship smartphone from Micromax's YU Televentures is now officially out. The Amazon exclusive phone is up for pre-bookings today and here's a quick look at what this new all-metal flagship from YU offers.
Yutopia runs CyanogenMod OS 12 with Android 5.1.1 and has a 5.-2 inch WQHD IPS display from Sharp. The screen has a pixel density of 507ppi.
Yutopia has a 21 mp rear camera with a sensor from Sony and a 4K recording mode. The front camera is 8 megapixels.
The camera comes with a built-in 192-point phase-detection to perfect your focus on fast moving object, says YU.
Yutopia has also a fingerprint scanner on the back. The scanner can used to take selfies as well.
Like Yuphoria smartphone, the Yutopia also features the power button in the middle of the volume rockers. This all- metal unibody designed phone come with a 3000 mAh battery.
Around YU is a new service suite announced by YU. Around YU will appear when users swipe to the left-side of the homescreen and will show a bunch of services that they can access without opening different apps for each.
Customers will be able to book flight-tickets, order food, browse for products to shop, check their PNR status, book cabs, hotels from Around YU.
YU has partnered with the House of Marley to give top-quality headphones with this smartphone.
YU Yutopia opens for pre-order from today. The smartphone will start shipping from December 26.
