Samsung has already announced the Android 10 rollout schedule for its devices. The timeline for Samsung phones to get Android 10 update based on One UI 2.0 is-- Galaxy Note 9 and A40 in January | Galaxy S9/S9+ in Februray | Galaxy A80, A30, and M40 in March | Galaxy Fold, Galaxy A6, A7 (2018), A70, A70s, A80, Tab S6, A50, and A50s in April | Galaxy A9 (2018), A10, A10s, A20, A30s, M10, M30s, and A6 in May | Galaxy J6+, J7 Duo, Tab S4, and tab S5e in July | Galaxy Tab A8 (2018) in August | Galaxy Tab A 10.5 and Tab A10.1 in September.
OnePlus maintains good track record when it comes to Android update. The OnePlus 7T came with Android 10 out of the box and the other 7-series phones also received the Android 10 update. The new operating system also reached the OnePlus 6 series and the OnePlus 5/5T users will be receiving the update in the second quarter of 2020 (April to June).
Xiaomi has confirmed the devices which will be receiving the MIUI based Android 10 update. These phones include -- Xiaomi Mi A3 in February 2020 and Poco F1, Redmi Note 7, and Redmi Note 7 Pro in Q1 2020.
The US ban on Huawei forbids US companies like Google and Microsoft from trading with the company, however, Huawei got an extension and can continue to get a licensed version of Android with Google apps during which it developed its EMUI 10 skin for Android 10 and pushing it to its devices. It announced that Huawei P30 Pro, P30, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20, Mate 20 X and Nova 5T will receive the Android 10 update in January 2020. The company has also said that Android 10 update will be made available for the following devices later in 2020-- Porsche Design Huawei Mate 20 RS, Mate 20 X (5G), P30 lite, Nova 4e, P20, P20 Pro, Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro, Porsche Design Huawei Mate 10, Porsche Design Huawei Mate RS, Mate 20 lite, P Smart 2019, P Smart Pro, P Smart Z, Nova 4, and Nova Lite 3.
Huawei's sub-brand Honor is also in the same boat as its parent company. It has not provided a timeline but confirmed that its Honor 20 Lite, Honor 20, Honor 20 Pro will get the Android 10 update later this year.
All Android-powered Nokia smartphones are a part of Google’s Android One program, under which the company guarantees at least two years worth system updates along with three years of security updates. Nokia has already confirmed the Android 10 update roll-out for the following devices-- Nokia 4.2, Nokia 3.2, Nokia 3.1 Plus, Nokia 2.2, Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 5.1 Plus, and Nokia 1 Plus in Q1 2020 and Nokia 1, Nokia 5.1, Nokia 3.1, and Nokia 2.1 in Q2 2020.
Motorola has also promised Android 10 update for its Moto One, Moto One Power, Moto One Vision, Moto G7, Moto G7 Power, Moto G7 Play and Moto X4 smartphones during 2020. Sony also announced Android 10 update for Sony Xperia 10, and BlackBerry Key2 is also confirmed to get the new OS update from Google.
LG has confirmed that it will be releasing the Android 10 update for its LG G8 ThinQ, G8 X ThinQ, G7 ThinQ, V50 ThinQ, V40 ThinQ, Q60, K40 and K50 in February 2020.
