As spring is setting in, the capital city of Delhi is blooming in its own glory. With covid cases reducing and people becoming aware of the protocol and double vaccinated are ready to explore again. Mughal Gardens in the Rashtrapati Bhawan is a major tourist spot as the landmark place is open to public during this time. According to a statement released by Rashtrapati Bhawan the Mughal Gardens will be opened to public from February 12 to March 16. The Mughal Gardens will be accessible to general public from February 12 to March 16 (except on Mondays) and between 10 am to 5 pm, the last entry will be allowed till 4 pm.(Express photo by Tashi Tobgyal)
As per the statement released visitors will have to do a prior booking online, before visiting the garden. Seven pre-booked hourly slots will be available and only 100 visitors will be accommodated in one slot, the statement mentioned. (Express photo by Tashi Tobgyal)
The visitors are required to follow proper COVID-19 precautionary measures. They must wear mask at all times and maintain social distance. They will also be required to undergo thermal scanning at entry point.(Express photo by Tashi Tobgyal)
The visitors can carry their mobile phones during the visit. They are not required to bring anything else like water bottle, sanitisers, handbags,purses, cameras, etc. during the visit. (Express photo by Tashi Tobgyal)
About the place: Mughal Gardens is spread over vast 15 yards. It draws inspiration from the Mughal Gardens of Jammu and Kashmir, the gardens around the Taj Mahal and even miniature paintings of India and Persia.(Express photo by Tashi Tobgyal)

The main attraction of this year’s Udyanotsav will be 11 varieties of Tulips which are expected to bloom in phases during February. Flower Carpets in magnificent designs will also be on display in the Central Lawns. The dominant colour scheme of this year’s ornamental flowers is white, yellow, red and orange.
