If you thought Halloween was exclusively about humans dressing up as spooky ghosts and pumpkins, then think again. Everyone gets a slice of the Halloween pie, including dogs! Ahead of Halloween (on October 31), the Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade was recently held in New York, which saw many enthusiastic participants dressed up. Most dogs seemed to agree with what America is probably most scared of at the moment — many of the adorable puppies were dressed up as Donald Trump, complete with his orange-yellow mane. The parade seems like it was a hilarious and adorable affair, what with so many dogs dressed up quirky and cute. Halloween is one of the most popular festivals of the world. Though, over the decades, it has come to be celebrated as something fun, its roots lie in the sombre sentiment of remembering the dead and paying them respect.
