The seventh edition of the HT Most Stylish Awards 2018, which took place on January 24, was indeed a star studded night. One of the biggest fashion nights, it brought actors, filmmakers, designers and models, all under one roof. Deepika Padukone left home her ball gowns for the red carpet this time and opted to go the traditional route in a Banarasi sari. The blingy pink weaved sari was teamed with a sleeveless pink blouse matching the border of her sari. Stylist Shaleena Nathani glammed up the elegant sari with a heavy gold neckpiece and cocktail earrings from Tanishq Jewellery. Sonam Kapoor went a little overboard with her sartorial choice when she stepped out in a canary yellow Hyun Mi Nielsen dress. Though we like the off-shoulder knee-length number she wore, the one-shouldered statement sleeves trailing behind the actor were a big disappointment. Parineeti Chopra chose to go with nude colours this time and we think she looked pretty. The actor wore a semi-sheer bodycon mini with a train attached to it from Sadek Majed. Shilpa Shetty Kundra set the temperatures soaring in her silver embellished gown. A thigh-high slit and lace detailing at the bodice packed a powerful punch of sultriness but we think her make-up took the cake this time.With smokey eyes and nude tones, the actor looked gorgeous. Vaani Kapoor packed a powerful punch of glamour in her semi-sheer sequinned black gown from Redemption. Her risque gown with a thigh-high slit was teamed with a black bikini set and we think the actor looked stunning. Middle-parted hair and dewy make-up rounded out her look nicely.
