Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Farah Khan (Happy New Year): Director choreographer Farah Khan's third venture with Shah Rukh Khan and second with Deepika Padukone brought her another superhit in her kitty. The trio first worked together in 'Om Shanti Om' that also happens to be Deepika's debut film.
SRK and Deepika worked again in Rohit Shetty's 'Chennai Express' and more than the action, the story, it was the chemistry of the lead pair that was appreciated in the movie.
'Happy New Year' was filled with comedy, dance and music, but this time too SRK Deepika's chemistry took our hearts away.
Salman Khan - Jacqueline Fernandez (Kick): Salman Khan's Eid release 'Kick' made over Rs 100 crores within four days of its release and catapulted Jacqueline Fernandez to instant success. Her chemistry with the 'Dabangg' Khan was much appreciated. And the Jodi was a hit among the masses.
Katrina Kaif - Hrithik Roshan (Bang Bang): Starring Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif, the official Hindi remake for the Hollywood movie 'Knight and Day', 'Bang Bang', with high octane action sequences and foot tapping music was a wholesome potboiler. Song like 'Meherbaan' and 'Bang Bang' could only force one to draw comparisons between the pair of Tom Cruise and Cameron and Hrithik and Katrina, and mind you! Hrithik and Kat don't fall any shorter.
Deepika Padukone - Arjun Kapoor (Finding Fanny): Quite unusual by many terms, the jodi of Deepika Padukone and Arjun Kapoor was indeed a surprise. Possibly because of a common best friend (wink! wink!), their camaraderie in the movie, out and about, was adorable.
Shraddha Kapoor - Sidharth Malhotra (Ek Villain): 'Ek Villain' was a revelation in more than one way. Sidharth Malhotra and Shraddha Kapoor's chemistry oozed out of every single frame and made us fall in love with Guru and Ayesha.
Alia Bhatt - Arjun Kapoor (2 States): The chemistry of the lead pair - Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor - did wonders for '2 States', an adaptation to Chetan Bhagat's novel of the same name and it went on to earn more than Rs 100 Cr at the Box Office.
Kriti Sanon - Tiger Shroff (Heropanti): There were jokes around that the 'Hero' in this one looked more feminine than the 'Heroine', but that doesn't deny the fact that the Hero - Heroine ki jodi indeed looked 'Hot' in 'Heropanti'. Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon, new additions to the young brigade of BTown, nailed their parts in the movie.
Alia Bhatt - Varun Dhawan (Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania): Be it the onscreen chemistry or the off screen during the promotions, the Varun Dhawan - Alia Bhatt jodi calls for our attention. Despite being perpetually linked up with each other, the duo seems least perturbed.
Shahid Kapoor - Vishal Bharadwaj (Haider): Shahid Kapoor and Vishal Bharadwaj had earlier created magic in 'Kaminey' and with 'Haider' they carried the legacy even further. It's now said that only Vishal Bharadwaj can do complete justice with Shahid's talent, and we agree.
Aamir Khan - Rajkumar Hirani (PK): Though this Aamir Khan's movie has just released and it's too early to judge its future at the Box Office, we can rest assured that with a deadly duo of Rajkumar Hirani and Aamir, 'PK' will surely be a winner.
The hit actor director jodi had weaved magic with '3 Idiots' and with 'PK' the magic is only expected to be taken notches higher.
