Shah Rukh Khan's much-awaited film Raees is just round the corner. And to avoid any trouble around its release due to the presence of Pakistani actor Mahira Khan, SRK had a closed-door meeting with MNS chief Raj Thackeray late on Sunday. In a meeting that lasted for almost an hour, SRK promised Raj that neither will he bring down Mahira to India for promoting Raees, nor will he work with any Pakistani actors in future. The meeting clears the air around the rumours that Shah Rukh and the makers of Raees were planning to get Mahira to India for the film's promotions. SRK must be heaving a sigh of relief and prepping up for a grand release of his gangster flick that releases on January 25.
And while SRK is gearing up for Raees, Aamir Khan is ready to close 2016 with his signature Christmas release. This year he is giving us Dangal, that also marks the Bollywood debut of Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra. The two newbies were caught in their wrestler avatars at a hotel in Mumbai. The sports biopic is releasing on December 23.
