Actress Preity Zinta tied the knot with her US-based fiance Gene Goodenough in Los Angeles recently. Confirmation of Preity's marriage came via a congratulatory message by veteran actor Kabir Bedi's tweet. Preity, who is the co-owner of IPL's Kings XI Punjab, had been in LA preparing for her big day along with close friends including Sussanne Khan and designer Surily Goel.

Earlier, it was reported that Preity would be donating proceeds generated from their wedding pictures to charity.
It is believed that Preity Zinta and her husband Gene Goodenough will put out their private wedding images up for auction and the proceeds generated out of these will go towards the Preity Zinta Foundation.
