Actress Shraddha Kapoor celebrated her 26th birthday on the sets of her upcoming dance movie 'ABCD 2' with co-star Varun Dhawan. Her team ordered a 'princess' cake for her. Also seen on the sets was Managing Director of Disney India Siddharth Roy Kapur and film's director Remo D'Souza.

Bollywood's 'Aashiqui' girl - Shraddha Kapoor, who crooned her way into everyone's hearts with her soulful number 'Teri Galiyan', celebrates her 29th birthday today. The actress who grew to fame with the film Aashiqui 2, has recently wrapped up her upcoming film Baaghi in which she will be seen opposite Tiger Shroff. Her first look from the movie has been released today on her birthday.

Shraddha Kapoor, born on 3 March, 1987, is the daughter of actor and onscreen villain Shakti Kapoor and Shivangi. She has a brother Sidhanth, who is also an actor.
Though Shraddha made her Bollywood debut in the 2010 heist film 'Teen Patti' which also had megastar Amitabh Bachchan, she rose to fame with romantic film 'Aashiqui 2' (2013).

Shraddha was appreciated for her portrayal of singer Aarohi Keshav Shirke in Mohit Suri's musical drama 'Aashiqui 2', which was the sequel to the 1990 film Aashiqui. Since then there has been no looking back for the Kapoor girl.

Shraddha again reunited with Mohit Suri for thriller 'Ek Villain' (2014), which was a major success. And Shraddha also made eher signing debut with the award winning song 'Teri Galliyan.'

Shraddha was studying theatre in Boston, but she left it to pursue a Bollywood career. She was seen on Facebook by producer Ambika Hinduja who cast her for a role in Teen Patti.

And then came her third hit film - Vishal Bhardwaj's critically acclaimed 'Haider' - which was an adaptation of William Shakespeare's Hamlet set during the Kashmir conflict of 1995. She turned de-glam for her role of a Kashmiri journalist named Arshia. She romanced Shahid Kapoor in the movie.

The actress is currently busy shooting for 'ABCD 2' opposite Varun Dhawan, which is a sequel to the hit 'ABCD: Any Body Can Dance. The film is due to release in June 2015. The actress will also be seen as a singer in Rock On 2!!.
