Superstar Shah Rukh Khan has donated Rs 1 crore to the Chief Minister’s Public Relief Fund for the Chennai deluge victims on behalf of Red Chillies Entertainment and team “Dilwale”.
Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has extended his support to the chennai flood victims by donating relief funds through Mana Madras Kosam and will be helping with medical supplies for the flood-hit people.

Incessant rainfall in Chennai has cut off more than three million people from basic services and disrupted power supplies, with the authorities under fire for slow relief and rescue operations. Volunteers and companies have responded by using online tools such as Google documents and social networks like Facebook and Twitter to organise their own crisis response, with some setting up dedicated online resources to help others in need.

Actor Dhanush, son-in-law of the superstar, has donated Rs.5 lakh.
Singam actor Suriya havs given Rs.25 lakh.
Allu Arjun pledged an aid of Rs.25 lakh. “I would like to donate 25 lakh to Chennai flood relief. I spent 18 years of my early life there. It made me who I am today. I love u Chennai,” tweeted Allu Arjun, one of the popular actors of Tollywood.
Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu is donating Rs.10 lakh.
Jr NTR has also donated Rs.10 lakh each. “Felt very sad when I saw pictures of damage caused by floods in Chennai. Tarak and I will be contributing to the Tamil Nadu CM Relief Fund,” Junior NTR tweeted.
Ravi Teja said he would be contributing Rs.5 lakh."Shocked and saddened at the natural calamity engulfing Chennai. This is the time to stand in support for our fellow citizens. I did my bit," tweeted Ravi Teja.
NTR’s actor-brother Kalyanram also announced Rs.5 lakh to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
