The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) declared the class 10 results today i.e. July 5, 2022. Students can check scores at the official websites — pseb.ac.in on July 6.

This year, the exams were held in subjective and offline mode. While the exams took place in pen-and-paper mode, students and authorities were instructed to follow all Covid protocols.

Additionally, if the websites crash, students can also check results via SMS. To do so, students will have to type PB10 and send to 56767650.

This year, the academic calendar was divided into two parts, and the results will be calculated on basis of the average of the two terms.

This year, more than three lakh students appeared for class 10 exams.

Last year, the overall passing percentage recorded by the PSEB was 99.93 per cent where girls scored more than boys as girls scored an average pass percentage of 99.94 per cent, while boys scored 99.92 per cent in class 10 exams.

A total of 311545 candidates appeared for their PSEB class 10 exam, of which 308627 candidates passed the high school exam. This year a total of 140504 girls and 169022 boys candidates passed the exam.

This year the toppers are- Nancy Rani (Firozpur) who secured first position, Dilpreet Kaur (Sangrur) who secured the 2nd position and Komalpreet (Sangrur) who secured the 3rd position.
