The Directorate of government examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu has declared the result for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) or class 10 examination under the Tamil Nadu Board of Secondary Education (TNBSE) on April 29 (Monday), 2019.

A total of 9.76 lakh students appeared for the examination of which, girls have scored 97 pass per cent while boys are at 93.3 per cent.

The overall pass percentage is 95.2 per cent. Among districts, Tiruppur is at 98.53 per cent followed by Ramnathapuram at 98.48 per cent and Namakal at 98.45 per cent.
