Former President Donald Trump worked at a McDonald’s store in the Philadelphia area on Sunday and served up french fries and took a potshot at the Vice President Kamala Harris.

Without providing any evidence, the Republican’s presidential candidate Trump accused Vice President Harris of lying about her experience as it could have worked to improve the image of herself in working-class credibility.

“It was a big part of her resume that she worked at McDonald’s, how tough a job it was,” Trump said at the restaurant in Feasterville, Pennsylvania. “She…made the french fries, and she talked about the heat: ‘It was so tough.’ She’s never worked at McDonald’s,” Trump further said.

In a response to Trump, Harris’ spokesperson Ian Sams told NBC News that “When Trump feels desperate, all he knows how to do is lie. He can’t understand what it’s like to have a summer job because he was handed millions on a silver platter, only to blow it.”

According to Kamala Harris’ campaign, she worked at McDonald’s in Alameda, California, during the summer of 1983. At that time, Harris was a student at Howard University and worked at the register, french fry and ice cream machine.

While making french fries at McDonald’s, Trump said that there will be no charge for it and that he is paying for all of it. Several customers, who were in the queue, shouted his slogan of “Make America Great Again”.

The US presidential election, which is scheduled to take place on November 5, is going to be one of the most significant in recent history, considering the geo-political situation and the changing global world order.
