This festive season, Apple’s iPhone 16 series will get a huge price drop. Earlier this month, Apple launched its latest series of gadgets, the iPhone 17 series and the iPhone Air, along with a few new wearables. With the launch of new iPhones, it has been customary for older iPhones to witness a significant price drop.
As expected, the iPhone 16 lineup is being offered at lower prices across e-commerce platforms and retail outlets. Perhaps the most lucrative offer seems to be from Flipkart, which is offering a massive discount on the iPhone 16 Pro during the Big Billion Day Sale.
Apple’s previous generation Flagship, the iPhone 16 Pro, was priced at Rs 1,19,999 during its launch in 2024, and now, with the new series of iPhones and festive season offer, the iPhone 16 Pro will now be offered by Flipkart for Rs 74,900 during the Big Billion Day sale. The e-commerce platform will also offer bank offers and cashback deals that will make the smartphone even less expensive.
The iPhone 16 Pro features a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with a 120Hz ProMotion display. It is powered by the A18 Pro chip, which includes a 6-core CPU, 6-core GPU, and a 16-core Neural Engine. The device comes with 8GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. Its Pro camera system includes a 48MP main camera, a 48MP ultra-wide camera, and a 12MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom.
The Apple store online is retailing the iPhone 16 at Rs 69,999, which was initially launched for Rs 79,999. And during the festive season, Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale, the iPhone 16 will get a price drop of 35 per cent when compared to its launch price and will be sold at Rs 51,999. Flipkart will also offer additional cashback and bank offers.
The iPhone 16 features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with a resolution of 2556×1179 pixels and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the A18 chip, which includes a 6-core CPU, a 5-core GPU, and a 16-core Neural Engine. The phone comes with 8GB of RAM and storage of 128GB. Its dual-camera system includes a 48MP main camera and a 12MP ultra-wide camera.
Additionally, we know Amazon’s Great Indian festival sale is also around the corner, and they have yet to announce their deals for iPhones, and currently, the 16 Pro is unavailable on their website.
