Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro's price starts at Rs 27,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage option. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model will cost Rs 30,999. Redmi K20 is priced at Rs 21,999 for the 6GB+64GB ROM variant, while the 6GB RAM+128GB storage variant will cost Rs 23,999. The processor in Redmi K20 will be Snapdragon 730, while the Pro variant will have Snapdragon 855.
Both smartphones come with a 6.39-inch display, in-display fingerprint sensor, and a 20MP pop-up selfie camera. The back camera is 48MP+8MP+13MP on both the devices, though Redmi K20 uses a Sony IMX582 sensor for the main 48MP camera at back, while there is Sony IMX586 sensor on the Redmi K20 Pro. The battery on both the phones is 4,000mAh. The K20 Pro supports 27W fast charging whereas the K20 supports 18W fast charging.
Xiaomi has also introduced a special edition of K20 Pro. Jain said the company plans to produce only 20 units of the device. The phone is made out of solid gold with the letter 'M' engraved in diamond at the back. The price of the Redmi K20 Pro gold and diamond edition is Rs 4.8 lakh.

Xiaomi also launches its Mi Neckband Bluetooth earphones in India alongside the Redmi K20 series. The headset is priced at Rs 1,599. It supports Bluetooth 5.0 and up to 8 hours of battery life.
Redmi K20 series will go on sale on July 22 at 12 noon on Mi Home, Mi.com and Flipkart. Xiaomi says the phones will come with Rs 1000 discount for ICICI Bank credit and debit card customers. The phone will be made available in Mi Studio, Mi Preferred partner stores and Mi Stores (in tier-2, tier 3 towns) soon.

Apart from the Redmi K20 Pro, Xiaomi is also introducing the K20 in India. The phone offers all the features that you would get in the K20 Pro, barring the Snapdragon 855 processor. Instead of a Snapdragon 855, the K20 is powered by a Snapdragon 730 processor. Also, the phone has a 4000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. In comparison, the K20 Pro gets a 4000mAh battery with 27W fast charging.
The smartphone includes a 4,000mAh battery that can be fully charged in under 80 minutes with the included 27W fast charger. Also, the smartphone comes equipped with a 3.5mm jack. The phone runs on Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10 layer on top.
Redmi K20 Pro sport a 20MP pop-up front-facing camera with a sapphire glass cover. Meanwhile, the smartphone offers three cameras on the back. The setup consists of a main 48MP camera with 1/2″ Sony flagship sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide angle lens, and 8MP telephoto lens. And that’s not all. Redmi K20 Pro can record slow-motion video at 960fps across all the lenses.
Redmi K20 Pro is the first Redmi smartphone to sport an AMOLED display. The always-on 6.39-inch FHD+ display supports HDR content and brightness up to 600 nits. And yes, this phone also features an in-display fingerprint scanner, similar to the Realme X.
Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro sports a 3D curved glass back design with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for protection. It has gradient-like finish along the edges, in either a blue or red colour. The phone also comes in a “carbon fiber black” option.
Redmi K20 Pro will be available with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.1 storage. Plus, it also has 8-layer graphite cooling technology that helps keeping the thermals in control.
The K20 Pro features the second-generation Game Turbo, a feature which drastically improves the gaming performance on the phone. Expect better visuals when playing a game like PUBG Mobile on the K20 Pro.

The Snapdragon 855 is Qualcomm’s first chipset to be built on a 7-nanometer process, features Qualcomm’s new Kryo 485 CPU. Sharma is going through some of the features of a Snapdragon 855. He says the chipset will enhance gaming on the K20 Pro.

Xiaomi will launch Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro in India, out of which the latter will have the latest Snapdragon 855 processor. A new super expensive super-expensive variant of Redmi K20 Pro with gold-finish back and diamond-clad 'K' will also be unveiled. It will be priced at Rs 4,80,000.
Redmi K20 Pro comes with the latest Snapdragon 855 processor and is more expensive at Yuan 2499 for the base 6GB RAM+64GB ROM base variant, which is around Rs 25,000 on conversion. The 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM version is priced at Yuan 2799 or approximately Rs 28,000.
Redmi K20 Pro price goes up to Yuan 2999 (Rs 30,000 approximately) for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage option. Again, we will have to wait for an official India launch to know what storage options are available.
Redmi K20 India price could be similar to the China price, though we will have to wait and watch if the company decides to bring all storage configurations. The base storage model with 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM is priced at Yuan 1,999 in China, which is around Rs 20,000 on conversion.
The 6GB RAM+128GB ROM model has a price tag of Yuan 2,099 (Rs 21,000 approximately) and the 8GB RAM+256GB ROM option is priced at Yuan 2,599 (Rs 26,000 approximately) respectively.
