Karbonn launches budget VR headset with Quattro L52, Titanium Mach Six

Karbonn has now announced its VR headset which will be available with its new Quattro L52 and Titanium Mach Six smartphones.

Karbonn VR Glasses is made of ABS plastic fibre and are fitted with bi-convex lenses for immersive experience. It is compatible with Quattro L52 and Mach Six smartphones. Also, users can create their own VR videos using the pre-embedded VR app.

Karbonn Quattro L52 4G LTE features a 5-inch IPS display and comes with 2.5D curved glass at Rs 8,790. The smartphone sports an eight megapixel rear camera with Sony sensor 5P ff/22 filter and five megapixel front camera.

Karbonn Quattro L52 4G LTE is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM (expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card). It comes pre-loaded with VR fames and apps.

Shashin Devsare, Executive Director, Karbonn Mobiles said, “Virtual reality is the next big growth area in consumer technology. Karbonn’s VR glasses available with Karbonn Quattro L52 and Mach Six are an effort to address this challenge by bringing VR technology to consumers across economic spectrum at disruptive price-points in the under 10K bracket.”

Karbonn Mach Six, on the other hand is slightly cheaper at Rs 7,490 and features a bigger 6-inch HD IPS display. Karbonn Mach Six is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and comes with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM. The smartphone is powered by 3,300 mAh battery. This one also comes pre-loaded with VR games and apps.
