"As a result of the security measures in place, and to ensure that fans have additional time to get to their seats, we have pushed the start time of today’s match to 2:30 pm ET," says the US Open official X account. That means the start time will now be at 12 AM IST instead of 11.30 PM IST

“He has improved the serve a lot,” Sinner said after his semi-final game. “I feel like he is serving much better with a better pace but the percentage is high all the time. It’s much more solid.Maybe before there were more ups and downs, but now he is very consistent. If you watch all the tournaments, he is going very far.”
Tonight's match is Sinner’s fifth final in a row at the biggest events in tennis, a run that began with his title at the U.S. Open a year ago. Since the start of that tournament, he has won 33 of 34 matches at the majors. The loss? To Alcaraz at Roland-Garros.
With US president Donald Trump set to be in attendance, Carlos Alcaraz had said that his presence was a great thing for tennis, adding that he won't be thinking too much about it, in case he gets nervous.

For me, playing in front of him … I will try not to think about it. I don’t want myself to be nervous because of it, but I think attending the tennis match, it’s great for tennis to have the president at the final,” Alcaraz said at the post-match press conference after defeating Novak Djokovic in straight sets.
