CHANDIGARH, July 21: A youth, aged around 18, is feared to have been drowned in the choe in the Kishangarh village near here. The youth has been identified as Som Pal of Sector 24. The police and divers were still making efforts to trace the body till late this evening.
Quoting eyewitnesses, police said while some children were playing in the water, this boy stood on the edge as he did not know swimming. Suddenly he slipped and was swept away in the water.
