KOLHAPUR, JULY 31: Doubting her advocate-husband’s fidelity, a woman committed suicide after killing her two children by setting them afire in Kadamwadi locality here yesterday.
Police said Sangeeta Sayyaji Kadam (35), who suspected her husband of having an affair with his female assistant, doused her two children, Suyash (9) and Sneha (7), with kerosene and set them ablaze before committing suicide in the same manner.
Her husband had gone out to his agricultural farm at the time of the incident, police added.
