Two-wheeler maker Yamaha Motor India Sales (YMIS) today reported 57 per cent increase in total sales at 58,151 units for July,2013.
The company had sold a total of 36,993 units in the corresponding month last year,YMIS said in a statement.
In the domestic market,the company registered a rise of 35 per cent in its sales at 37,494 units compared to 27,858 units in the year-ago period,it added.
In the export markets,YMIS sold 20,657 units in July,2013 as against to 9,135 units in the same month last year,achieving a growth of 126 per cent.
