Actress Soha Ali Khan has approached the Gujarat High Court seeking winding up of a company for alleged non-payment of around Rs 95 lakh due to her. Khan’s lawyer Bhadrish Raju said the amount was due for 2008-11,part of an agreement between Khan and Rosebys Interiors India Ltd,for which she was brand ambassador, and which used her name and images to promote its services. Raju cited outstanding dues of Rs 10 lakh for 2008-09 and more than Rs 65 lakh for subsequent years, plus interest. “We issued a legal notice but they have not replied. We have approached the court seeking winding up of the company with the appointment of a liquidator,” Raju said.
