The southwest Monsoon has been vigorous in Gujarat region and active in east Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh,the MET office.
It has been subdued over west Uttar Pradesh,Punjab,Himachal Pradesh,Jammu and Kashmir,west Rajasthan,coastal Andhra Pradesh,Rayalaseema,Tamil Nadu and north interior Karnataka,it added.
