Drug maker Sun Pharmaceutical settled the day higher by 2 per cent at Rs 450.25 on the Bombay Stock Exchange. In intra-day session,the scrip jumped by 3.28 per cent to a high of Rs 455.90.
The stock ended the day at Rs 450.80,up by 2.07 per cent on the National Stock Exchange.
Meanwhile,the BSE key index Sensex finished the day at 19,262.54,down by 188.91 points.
