Theres a strong buzz that Ranbir Kapoor will be doing Vikramaditya Motwanes next film. The director,who made his debut with the simple,realistic and impressive Udaan,about a teenager and his authoritarian father,seems to have impressed Kapoor who is very choosy about his films.
When contacted,Motwane said that he is working on a couple of scripts but is not sure which one he will be starting first. As for working with Ranbir Kapoor he said that he liked his work a lot. But I dont have a story for him as yet, he said. Ranbir,who is reigning high on the popularity charts and is slated to be the next superstar,is just back from Prague after a long stint of shooting for Imtiaz Alis Rockstar. Presently busy promoting Anjaana Anjaani,he will soon head for Delhi for a two-month schedule for Rockstar. There are also Anurag Basus Silence and Kishore Kumars biopic on his platter. Ranbir,who endorses Pepsi,will also be doing a new commercial for them,which will be directed by Ayan Mukerji. This will be Ayans first TV commercial after the critically-acclaimed Wake Up Sid! with Ranbir.
