After expressing his intent to quit the BJP claiming that he was being given a raw deal,Madhusudan Kendre,the son-in-law of senior BJP leader Gopinath Mundes elder brother Panditanna,is scheduled to join the NCP on September 19.
In a setback to Munde in his stronghold of Marathwada,Kendre has claimed that he was cornered by elements in the BJP opposed to Munde and alleged that Munde had not stood by him in the factional feuds.
Negotiations have been made and it is almost certain that I will join NCP, Kendre said. Deputy CM Ajit Pawar is scheduled to visit Parbhani for his induction.
