LIC Housing Finance mortgage arm of the nations largest insurer LIC said shareholders have approved a stock split at a ratio of 1:5 as part of its plan to improve liquidity in his bag. As per decision taken by a postal ballot LIC Housing Finance shares of Rs 10 face value each will be divided into five shares of RS 2 each with LIC Housing Finance informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
