A Pakistani court Saturday rejected a plea to declare Ajmal Kasab,and terror suspect Fahim Ansari as fugitives,saying they were not deliberately avoiding court proceedings in Pakistan.
The court,which is conducting trial of seven Pakistanis suspected of involvement in 26/11 attacks,gave the order after hearing arguments by prosecution and defence lawyers,sources said.
