About 70 per cent voters turned out to exercise their franchise in the sixth phase of panchayat elections held in four blocks of Kashmir on Wednesday. According to officials,turnout was 73 per cent in Langate,69 per cent in Tangmarg,66 per cent in Khag and 76 per cent in Breng. The seventh-phase voting will be held on May 8. The 16-phase polls end on June 16.
