Aditya Birla group company Idea Cellular today said its September quarter consolidated net profit rose by over two-fold to Rs 240 crore against Rs 105.76 crore in the same period a year ago. Total revenue of the company,which operates in 15 of the 22 telecom circles,increased by 15 per cent to Rs 5,314 crore during the reported quarter from Rs 4,619.92 crore in the same period last fiscal.
