‘I hit the gym whenever I can’

Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is fruit or toast. Lunch is dal,roti,rice and sabzi. Dinner is the same,although I try to eat less carbs at night.  

What’s your exercise routine?
I hit the gym when I can.
What’s your favourite food?
Anything that is prepared well. 

Is there anything you binge on?
Dark chocolates.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
I would never want to put on weight but if I had to lose it I’d probably exercise more and follow a healthy diet. 

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I’ve never tried to stick to one.
What is your idea of health?
Looking healthy and being happy inside.
