Film producer Prakash Chandani,allegedly involved in an IPL betting racket,was detained by immigration officials upon his arrival at the international airport here from Dubai on Thursday. He was later handed over to the Mumbai Police Crime Branch,which had issued a lookout notice for him,police said here. The airport authorities and other agencies had directions to arrest Chandani if spotted. Chandani was currently staying in Dubai and is said to be working as the second-in-command to top bookie Sunil Abhuchandani alias Sunil Dubai.
