Orissa Housing and Urban Development Minister Raghunath Mohanty Thursday landed in a soup after his daughter-in-law Barsha Suni Choudhury lodged a case of dowry torture against him,his wife and son at a police station in Balasore district. Mohanty and his family members are yet to be arrested.
