‘Cardio is a must for me’

I follow a high protein diet. I have a high metabolism rate,and have carbohydrates every three hours.

What’s your exercise routine?
I work out six days a week. I work on two body parts every day combined with cardio

exercises. Cardio helps me build stamina and is a must in my

exercise routine.

What’s your favourite cuisine?
Kashmiri.
Is there anything you binge on?
Delhi’s awesome street food.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I don’t believe in crash diets. You have to be watchful about what you eat and make sure you do not skip exercise too much.

What’s your idea of health?
Eat healthy and think healthy.
