PUNE, April 12: Janseva samiti will organise a chess tournament for the under-19 boys and girls at the Nehru Stadium from April 15 to 21.
A total cash prize of Rs 4050 will be at stake with the winner becoming richer by Rs 1500 while the first and second runners-up will pocket Rs 1000 and Rs 750, respectively.
The organising committee has also kept special prizes for the most outstanding players in the under-7, 9, 12 and 14 age groups.
