PUNE, July 29: A 24-hour Trauma Centre and Casualty Reception Centre for accident patients, at Ruby Hall Clinic was inaugurated today by Dr K B Grant, Chairman and Managing Trustee, Ruby Hall Clinic.
The Centre, which has a portable X-Ray machine and an Ultrasound machine, for quick diagnosis of fractures and injuries to the abdomen, will be manned by casualty doctors, nurses, and specialists on call. Patients can be brought directly to the Centre, and police information will be sent out from the Centre, said Bomi Bhote, Chief Executive Officer, Poona Medical Foundation, Ruby Hall Clinic.
