CHENNAI, August 5: The leader of one faction of the Tamil Nadu Liberation Army, Illavarasan, has been arrested in connection with the looting of the Andimadam Police Station last month. Illavarasan is also wanted in connection with the murder of some persons belonging to the rival faction led by Koovagam Ramasamy, who was himself killed.
