CHENNAI, April 14: The Southern Railway has decided to attach additional coaches to various trains to meet the summer rush. According to railway sources, three coaches would be added to the Thiruvananthapuram Mail and one each to the Tami Nadu Express, the Grand Trunk Express, the Mangalore Mail, the Aleppey Express and the Howrah Mail.
