Spice Communications on Wednesday said that it will sell 875 telecom towers to a tower operating firm and raise over $800 million through debt. Its board meeting okayed the proposal, the B K Modi promoted company said. Spice

Communications has also decided to avail borrowing facilities of $810 million from HSBC and China Development Bank.
